Ascenti Physio Durham

I began physiotherapy with Ascenti in August after a car accident. My physiotherapist was Andrew and he was brilliant. He knew exactly what the problems were, and he dealt with each problem effectively but quickly so I was back to recovery in no time. Now a few months have passed after finishing physio and I feel great! I would 100% recommend Ascenti (in particular Andrew) to anyone, even though he was a brilliant physiotherapist, he was a really good conversationalist which made me feel at ease. If I ever need a physiotherapist in the future I will definitely be using Ascenti.

Was involved in a car accident on 04/11/20 where someone went into the back of my car. My insurance company offered treatment through Ascenti on 09/11/20 and got my first appointment 13/11/20, which in my opinion was excellent service, especially during covid times.The treatment provided was excellent, and I feel it really helped. It was my first experience of Physio Therapy and Ascenti made it a easy pleasant experience. My physio was Andy, who is a great guy. Makes you feel at ease and is very informative and helpful throughout. I felt that he really helped speed up my recovery.They also use an app to help you along your way with video exercises and other useful tools. Really liked this idea.

Started physio following an accident in November. First appointment was within days of the accident, having never received physio treatment before I wasn't sure what to expect. Andy was great, really reassuring and talked me through everything and what to expect. He created a bespoke programme for me and tailored exercises around what equipment I had and what I enjoyed doing. Great service and feeling back to normal now after great treatment, thanks very much

I had physio treatment here after sustaining injuries from an accident. Andy's help in my recovery was great. I am feeling a lot better and any issues I may still have I am completing the exercises given to help. I'd 100% use them again if I needed physio treatment in the future. Very kind, helpful and they make you feel at ease.
