Ordered at 7:20pm, now 9:20pm and still no food. Ridiculous. 30 pounds worth of food which will probably turn up cold.

Such good burgers, this is the second time we’ve ordered and the food has been brilliant both times. Burgers are so well cooked and the Cheetos fries are my fave. Can’t wait to try the milkshakes next time!

Takes forever to deliver when ordering online. Staff friendliness i'd rate 2/5. The food id rate 4/5 though. I really liked the cheese sauce on the cheetos burger. Id recommend ordering for pickup or in-store rather than online as i've eaten here a few times

good it very nice only problem is the delivery takes 1 hour or even 1 hour 30 mins to arrive normal places is 35mins MAX. Too long wait

ordered food at 8 o’clock and still was waiting from 11 o’clock rang up a couple of times and they said it’s out got delivery and then they never came with the food really disappointed

Literally the worst takeaway I have ever had in my life.The burgers smelled that awful we couldn’t eat them, the chips were so soggy they were inedible and the chicken wings were cold.We paid £26 and ate nothing.Even the dog wouldn’t eat the burger patty.To add insult to injury the delivery time was 2 hours and 15 minutes.Worst. Experience. Ever.

Very hit and miss, sometimes the food is hot, on time and spot on but other times it's arrived cold or like tonight very late, ordered at half 7, estimated delivery no later than 8.35, no food at 9, request update multiple times but that just gets ignored, phone up only to be told it'll be another 20 minutes before it leaves the shop because its busy.
