What an experience! Exactly how buying a high end car should be!Extremely professional but no overly formal, I personally dealt with Louis throughout the process and he was available at any time of day within reason to make the deal go as smoothly as possible.I bought a C63s from him in October 2023 with the absolute perfect spec. The optional extras such as the ghost immobiliser were also a no Brainer for peace of mind, all fitted before I picked up the car.10/10 service!Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of purchasing my dream car (A45 AMG) from Automotive Addiction back in September 2021. I had followed their socials for a while before and when I saw it, I knew it was the car for me. The communication was prompt, the was seamless, the car was prepared immaculately and Dhyllan and his team went that touch beyond and stayed late one evening for the collection.I follow them on socials and love their cars. Find it hard to part with the a45 but I am sure there will be a day when I purchase another car from them

From our first phone call with Dhyllan I knew had made the right choice! He was outstanding throughout the whole process all to collection day. I'm confident that his knowledge on everything RS3 is unmatched, and his passion and enthusiasm made the whole process extremely memorable.Dyhllan also spent an incredible amount of time with me on the whole process, and helped me spec a number of extras that were all done for me collecting the car!The team worked incredibly hard to get the car ready, and I'm blown away by the level of detail they went to in the preparation. I'm not even sure a main dealer vehicle would come in such condition!Shout to Louis who dealt with the hand over. He was fantastic on collection day, and he could have spent all day explaining the work done on the car and how everything works if I didn't need to get back on the road for my 5 hour drive home! He certainly shares the same passion as Dyhllan, and I think this goes across the whole team there.The car is absolutely stunning, and I'm over the moon with it! I know I could I have bought a lower priced RS3 elsewhere but having been through this experience I can't see me ever buying a car from anywhere else in the future.
