My partner took my bike into here whilst I was at work in the hopes of getting it serviced. The most basic service costs £30 and isn't very thorough. My boyfriend left the bike with them for nearly two hours and when he came back, they told him that they had fixed it and it should be in full-working order. Unfortunately, this wasn't true. The bike wasn't in full-working order, in fact, they hadn't touched a single thing on the bike. When they said they looked at it, that must've been the only thing they did. The gears now don't change, the chain skips every so often, and now it's making a funny noise. They didn't show him anything that they had fixed"

Steve was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! He let us try a few bikes and spent almost an hour answering every question we had.There was an excellent selection of bikes and accessories.Would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Called in on the off chance they could charge my E-bike battery as I had come on holiday to Wales and left my charger at home.They not only charged the battery over night , free of charge,they gave me lots of local knowledge on good places to ride. These turned out to be excellent trails.On the whole great friendly staff, very willing to help.

I was anxious about finding a bicycle helmet that really fit properly, as I am new to cycling. Chris didn't make me feel silly or rushed, but took the time to find me a helmet I was comfortable with. They didn't have as much stock as the shop across the road, but were MUCH more helpful. (Also more helpful than the shop - closer to home - where I'd bought my bike!)

What a superb bike shop and staff, bought a new bike in November from them, they are relatively new in Cardiff I believe. I had a small accident on it, Paul especially was awesome, getting it fixed and back up and working in no time. Thanks !
