I like paw prints. Somewhere different, doesn't feel like I'm going to the same place.I have fish and a dog so I look at fish ornaments or buying more fish or food. I also look at different treats for my dog, hes like them so far lol

The shop is well stocked with pet food and bits and pieces and the staff are friendly however the poor fish and the fish tanks haven’t got much longer to survive!. The tanks are dark, no aeration and absolutely no stimulation. I spotted two dead goldfish at the bottom of the tank which obviously hadn’t been cleared or cleaned for ages.Buck up guys and look after your pets!

The way they keep animals in there including fish is disgusting.Hamsters are kept in small enclosures and they do not sell recommended cages hamster cages have to be 80by59cm for dwarfs Syrian 100by50cm. These sell cages bellow 40cm. It's animal cruelty and neglect. The fish tanks are BLACK and I've heard a few people since it's moved into the bigger building say how black and green their tanks are. They do rare feeds on all animals and fish in there. This store needs investigating jollyes are a better option they take care of their animals. I've hear PP handing out awful, wrong and seriously bad info to customers. I stopped shopping in PP whoever gives them money is feeding their habbits of neglect. Take a look inside you'll be surprised hamsters need 22-28cm wheels they don't even have wheels in their small 20by20 tanks!

I used to work in Halifax, and when I finished, I always used to buy a treat for my pooch, and the customer service and sheer quality and quantity of the products blew me away. One name I have to point out is Cerys (pink hair I think), she was lovely, had friendly banter, very funny, a huge asset to Paw Prints, and I want this to be fed back to head office! Thankyou for the excellent experience!
