Jacob Dean at from the Brentford workshop delivered outstanding service.Beautiful products and excellent service helped us to build a bathroom exactly as we wished for.Jacob was always contactable, even on his days off he replied to e-mails and ensured they were followed up by the team.Jacob was super helpful finding suitable substitute products when initial ideas did not work out.All in all a great experience!

I went to Brentford branch to return something. Angie very kindly helped me with the return process and advised me what I should take instead which helped me no end to get the Toilet finished. She was ever so charming, patient and helpful.Then the plumber damaged the sink and I had to get again back to the Brentford branch and Lewis the manager was extremely helpful. He used to be a plumber and knows everything - I trusted his advise and it worked. Great guy to help you to design your bathroom and to deal with any unforeseen issues.The products are stylish, good quality and prices are keen. Will get back there when I do the next bathroom.

We had a new bathroom designed by Jacob Dean . He was attentive and guided us well. He responded to all our queries promptly .We are very pleased with our bathroom.We did have an issue with a faulty radiator . Mohammad Khan in aftersales arranged for this to be replaced , but there were issues with the collection of the broken one.Mohammad was very diligent and over a 2 week process continued to liaise with the company and the problem was sorted.We have been very pleased with the process.

We had a bathroom and en suite designed by Jacob from the Brentford Store and it was by far the best design and experience we got from the companies we contacted. He knew what we were looking for, even when we couldn't explain it well ourselves. The price for the items was very reasonable and cheaper than we had found elsewhere. The company and Jacob have been great in keeping us updated with parts of our orders and have dealt with and rectified and issues we had along the way. Would definitely recommend and we would use them again if we have another bathroom project. Thank you!

Firstly, shout out to Hish who was super patient and helpful with us in designing our bathrooms as it took us about 9 months from first contact to when we actually placed an order. I think the price and quality of the items is great, especially having done my own research to compare getting the same items from elsewhere.There were some missing/delayed items when the order arrived, where the communication wasn't great initially at what was meant to come and when. However, Zarina has been an absolute star at resolving everything (even when I've still needed help a couple months later after delivery). Thank you, Zarina!Would definitely use BathroomsByDesign again in future and 100% recommend them to others!

Bathrooms By Design redesigned the layout of a shower room and an ensuite bathroom for me. They did a fantastic job - Nicky came up with a clever solution to an awkward shape that would never have occurred to me. And all the items were delivered in super-quick time. I received phenomenal customer service from James. He suggested an improved product at the same price when the one I wanted was out of stock; queried differences in specification with the manufacturer on my behalf; sent a second shipment as soon as it became apparent that UPS misplaced the first (nothing to do with BathroomsByDesign, but he ensured that it didn't become my problem); and communicated promptly and professionally throughout. My order was placed during a stock take, and I understand that the deliveries team also went out of their way to ensure that I received everything on time - thank you Paul.It's clear that the staff take pride in their work. I wish I had found BathroomsByDesign at the start of my project, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Jacob worked with us over a number of sessions to get the design just right, he was a pleasure to deal with and the end result was almost identifcal to the design on the VR viewer. Highly recommend using bathroomsbydesign they were really professional.

I honestly can't fault my experience with Bathrooms By Design, it all started when I messaged online and spoke to a real person which assisted me throughout the processWhen I went into the Brentford showroom, I was amazed at the quality of displays which helped me no end in designing my bathroom.They created such a bespoke design using VR software which really helped me visualizer the creation. I can't recommend them enough, I want to get another bathroom so I can use them again!

Had the pleasure of using BBD for a number of bathrooms for customers and also my own personal bathroom. Great design software, greater products and great prices. Will continue to use them for my customers bathrooms.
