Really happy with my experience today. My 11 year old cat has never been groomed before and I was quite nervous about taking him to get this done. The team were so lovely and welcoming and I am so happy with the grooming of my cat and he smells amazing! I definitely will be back. Thank you SO much!

I am very grateful to Tony for clipping my cats claws for free today. I don't know anywhere else that would offer this service for no cost at all. The clipping was done very quickly, with no fuss. And allowed me to get my very nervous cat home in no time. Thank you Tony. It was very much appreciated.Sue.

I have been taking my mini poodle here for several months for both grooming and boarding. Tony always does an exceptional job, and miraculously, my dog LOVES coming here! He generally hates all grooming and refuses to walk in the direction of a groomer, but he has been dragging us to Tony’s on walks. When we run into Tony around the neighborhood, our dog gets very excited to see his friend and the other dogs—it’s very sweet. Tony is very quick to wash and cut my dog’s hair, and he also has been flexible with drop off and pick up times (within reason).I also really appreciate that Tony doesn’t use cages for the dogs while they are waiting to be groomed or to get picked up. My dog is allowed to play with the other dogs in their secured yard, which he loves, and it’s much less stressful of an experience for him.I have also left my dog at Tony’s to board, and while our dog misses us when we’re away (inevitably), he is very well cared for and treated like a member of the family. Plus he gets lots of play time with other dogs in a comfortable setting! Because my dog was adopted from a shelter, institutional environments make him anxious, so it’s really a huge relief to have someone reliable to watch our dog when we need to be away.Thanks, Tony!! So glad to have you nearby, and thanks for taking such amazing care of our little pup :-)

My Bichon is 10 years old and we have had lots of groomers throughout this time. The loyalty groomers are by far the best and always do an amazing job. Couldn't recommend more!

Prompt service and my dog smells amazing days after she's groomed! My dog can be quite shy around new people but she comes home happy post-groom.

Wonderful pet grooming service.My cockapoo Gia is always happy to visit for a tidy-up. Everyone at Ayla’s are so friendly and helpful, but most importantly they listen to what you ask of them when it comes to how you want to groom your doggo!

Both Toni and his wife started out kind and soon became quite rude. Further they did not fulfill the verbal agreements we had. Firstly, in dropping my new puppy I was told I would receive photos and she would not yet be other dogs as she was tiny. I received only one photo after requesting it and when I picked her she was with many other dogs. After dropping her off on 5 different days I was told on the 6th that I was unreasonable in my time needs, 7.30-7.30 and that this was different than everyone else and not okay, and was given a lecture for being different!. I was berated for my work schedule and not giving him a key to my house (as if I want him in my home). To make matters worse, my puppy, had eaten something poisonous a few days before and as Toni was unhappy with me he suggested I nearly killed my dog, just to really make me feel horrible. It was a terrible thing to say. Today, when I picked her up, I was charged a full day for a half day and told by his wife she wasn't fed. This was very disappointing. I told his wife so, who just shrugged and offered no sign of regret. 20 minutes later Toni told me I should not yell at this wife. I was with a colleague and this yelling" never happened. Toni became belligerent again and I decided to simply never bring my dog there again and hang up. Although he may seem polite on the surface

My cat very obviously didn't like it, but he's moves so much better since the matting was cut out. He's so much happier.I wish they'd have washed him with water, but i get that it's a cat! The hair cut made it much easier for me to wash my cat myself, so great!!Will defo be coming back. I've saved the number on my phone.Brilliant lovely man who helped do something I couldn't, and did it well and also made my cat super comfortable.Love!!!

I have been coming here for a few months and it’s the first groomer in the area I’ve visited more than once and now trust. Great at taking on board the instructions, they’re happy to adjust and my little toy poodle is handled very gently. Lovely people, and always helpful. Would recommend!
