I booked in online for four new tyres. These where fitted as required which was great. I also had the wheel alignment check, which again I was happy with. What was found was my front wheels required alignment. I agreed for the alignment to be set correct, which took only five minutes. I thought great, but then when presented with the bill I was charged £59.95. Disgusting for five minutes work.

The tyres I ordered were there ready to be fitted, they were fitted while I waited in a prompt time frame. The fitter even topped up my screenwash as the low screenwash" light must have come on. So

Brought my porsche in for a puncture repair, staff were absolutely fantastic, they sorted out the puncture showed me what was wrong and managed to fix it. They also checked over the tyres to make sure they are all okay. Fantastic customer service will definitely use again in the future. Garage you can trust.

AVOID!!! Would give 0 star if possible. Last 2x I've used them they damaged my car (2001 Mazda mx5 mk2.5). First time was replacing a tyre on my one of my brand new alloys. Gave them thin wall sockets, which they ignored and damaged the paint using impact sockets. Luckily, for me they paid to have them fixed.Now the last time I used them was to replace a gasket on my exhaust manifold to the down pipe and replace one of the studs as the nut was seized on it (The stud would come out with the nut on). Not only did they sheer stud of the bottom of the manifold, they also told me they couldn't fix and would not be paying anyone to fix it. Now I understand bolts snap especially on older cars but to then refuse to fix it when you're supposed to be a professional garage leaving me stuffed.The manager was also very unprofessional saying why did you come back then" when I stated they've messed up the last 2x I've used them. Suggest he takes up training on dealing with customer complaints!After going to garage the the guy who actually did it spoke to me and told me he removed the nut on the seized stud but the new nut wouldn't fit as the threads were damaged. Took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Staff run off their feet.Also annoyed that I got rang up by mail for, booked in over the phone for about £48, had a problem with it and cancelled, rebooked online for cheaper. Very sneaky and will make me not use Keli for in future. I don’t like being mislead

Walked in, without a booking, needing urgent battery replacement.Helpful and friendly manager slipped my car into the work flow and I was up and running in no time.

they were ridiculously busy, I was booked in at 3, I arrived half an hour early, but didn't get away until nearly 4.45. I asked them to check a screw I had in my n/s rear and they didn't bother to do that either

Quick fit deserve 5 stars, manager & machanics very nice guys. Even went out of their way to fix prob with my car, on the Mot day. Guys leave your car clean, unlike other garage's.

Really don’t know how I would have coped without the amazing assistance from these guys this morning. 200 miles from home and 10am on a Sunday morning, these wonderful guys sorted my leaking TPMS rubber. They totally saved my day. Thank you, would have given 100 stars if it was possible.
