Terrible delivery company. Got a text confirming item would be delivered today with an estimated allocated time, unfortunately a no show. I now have to take another day off work losing a days wage because of this incompetent company.

I have used BJ Farr, now known as APC, for several years.On Wednesday (06.01.21) at 13.45hrs I had a parcel collected, to be delivered to my son and his family in Weybridge, Surrey.The parcel was delivered the next day at midday.All I can say is, what a wonderful, quick service.The guy who collected my parcel, was helpful and friendly.My son said the guy who delivered the parcel, was just the same, helpful and friendly, considering they live in a second floor flat, no lifts.Many thanks to you APC.

Yet again my next day delivery has been left behind at the hub. If you phone there is never any explanation for why! This is happening with quite a bit of frequency. Would not recommend

1st CLASS SERVICE FROM APC.Brought something from a company up north, late Friday afternoon. Was expecting delivery Tuesday, but APC were so quick they tried to deliver it Monday morning at 9am, sadly I was out & I missed it.However I contacted the Rayleigh office 3 hours later, they called the driver (who was still in the Basildon area, who returned 20 minutes later with my item WOW.Sure I might have had to call the office 3 times within 5 minutes (because they were busy) & answered on the 3rd attempt, but what better service could you want from a company.I 100% highly recommend APC.Well Done THANKS

Never answer the phone if you have a parcel going to these guys you are in no mans land it may well never arrive and forget 24 hours next day that's a dream

One again for the third time. I received an email dictating a delivery hour and no one showed! I have cameras too! Awful service avoid if you can!
