According to the automated response it was left in a safe place as the driver was instructed to do

Utterly useless. Tracking update stated it was out for delivery - an hour later another tracking update saying the item was scanned into Lincoln depo…. That is 6 hours away from my house!

Worst service imaginable! I've waited in on 3 occasions and they never attempt to deliver to my address. It's easy to find my home. I've even given them detailed instructions how to get there after failed attempt number 2, but for some reason yodel drivers are to stupid to use a map and have even delivered my parcel to a house several miles away and didn't bother to try and find me when they realised they were in the wrong place. Worst customer service... NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!

Yodel calling itself a courier company is like Mike Hancox calling himself a CEO...Laughable!ORDER FROM MAJESTIC WINETwice now over the space of about 2 months Yodel are incapable of making a delivery.Ordered from Majestic wine - result no delivery because of Yodel, so no champagne for a wedding anniversary. Majestic said that it's very common for Yodel not to deliver.What astounds me is the delivery driver lied. He said attempted delivery but nobody was home " unknown to him I was in and I have CCTV covering the house 24/7 and no deliveries were made that day.To tope that he did the same the 2nd day.ORDER FROM TETROSYLOrdered for next day - result no delivery next day just said "Out for delivery" status said delivery between 12:12 and 14:12. The hours passed and still no delivery that day.CONCLUSIONMy advice to anybody who sees the words Yodel - DO NOT USE THEM. If you have ordered something cancel it.Their customer service is also a joke. I contacted them to complain and I was deliberately cut off when I asked for a supervisor.Message to Yodel...If you need me to explain to how to run your company please let me know and I will do my best to show you. I have no idea how to run a courier company but its clear I have a far better idea than your CEO and his team."

Driver clearly had way too many parcels and it didn’t get delivered on time, 4 days later and still nothing, no email, no call and no update, customer service line is just a bot and the chat system is just as bad. Would not go with them if I had the choice.

They have had my parcel in llanelli depot since around 5am on the 1st and its just sitting there. Had a relative to sit in my house on Fri just incase as I want be in. And No attempt of delivery made. I Messaged about this today monday and was told a driver has scanned it just keep a eye on the tracker. over 3hrs later Its still sitting there. Shocking service.

Extremely disappointed waited in all day, rung yodel to be told my parcel in a safe place. What a laugh, left outside a block flats luckly no one had stolen my parcel. Need to speak to delivery drivers, disgusting what a way to run a business

MINUS 10ABSOLUTELY WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!! NO WAY OF SPEAKING TO HUMANS. THE LIVE CHAT IS USELESS AS THEY USE STANDARD PHRASES. NOBODY HAS ANY WAY OF CONTACTING THE DRIVER. NEXT DAY DELIVERY MORE LIKE A WEEK. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SOMEONE WHO USES THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Failed to deliver item twice stating unable to access property. There is no issue I live on a road with a small driveway so this is bull. I have asked for a safe place on app or deliver to an allocated neighbour. These instructionswere not followed. Customer service is very unhelpful. I followed the driver on my app and they were not near my property, then all of a sudden couldn't deliver item. Tried ringing local depo unable to get an answer.
