So angry with this place. I had to wait for over 40 mins to have my toes done and station was not cleaned after lady who was having her nails done before me.I do agree with a previous comments about lack of sanitised equipment.I've had exactly the same experience.I regret I did not check reviews before I have visited this place. Never again.

What a waste of money! Staff lovely but unfortunately very unexperienced. Nail polishes they use are old and dry. Leaving not very good looking marks on nails and after one coat looks like I had 20 on.

Went for a luxury manicure and pedicure but there was nothing luxury about the service. The mani and pedi was of a very low standard. The technician didn’t even remove and dead skin, clean or buff the nails. After a quick soak only the cuticles were pushed back and nails filed before the polish was applied. I have never before had a mani pedi where the nails were not even cleaned. The technician wasn’t able to file the nails properly and I had to repeatedly ask for them to be corrected. The polish on my toenail has already chipped within a few hours and the worst part is they charged me £70 for this. I feel like I’ve been ripped off and would not recommend this salon to anyone for nails.

THEY DO NOT SANITISE ANY NAIL TOOLS!!!! LITERALLY THEY USED SAME CLIPERS, CUTTERS AFTER EVERY CLIENT FROM SAME BOX. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! HIV AND HEPATITIS ARE BLOODBORNE DISEASES!!!!YOU CAN CATCH AT DENTIST OFFICE, HAIRDRESSERS AND NAIL SALON!!!! ESPECIALLY IF THEY DONT SANITISE EQUIPMENTEdit after owners reply:I was sitting in your salon for almost two hours and I saw it. Not once your staff opened new sanitised equipment from packaging, they were dropping everything in dirty basket and use same after every client!!!!!! Stations are not clean at all what you are on about. Dust everywhere! Your nail technician" place my foot on her knee to do my toe nails!Ridiculous"

Bought my fiancè a voucher to suprise her, she loved every minute of it & could not fault this salon or the girls that work here. She said she felt like she had been on a night out as it was such a funnyExperience !

Come here regularly to get my nails done and my egs waxed by Clare and she's always fab! My nails always look amazing and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now despite moving house!

Had my nails and lashes done for the second time with Ava. Been on holiday for a week, lashes still perfect and nails amazing. So pleased, next appointment is booked.
