Great service, arrival with buffer for punctual pick-up, proactive quick call to verify his waiting position near translation, kind and warm but right balance with professionalism and knowing when clients might want to chat and when to get their head down into e-mails. Will book again.

I booked Mike to pick us up from a campsite in Rode and take us to a venue in Frome and then do the reverse journey back again at 11pm. Mike was professional and friendly, we felt confident that he would be on time and where he said he would be and he was. We highly recommend Mike

Mike dropped us off in Frome and picked us up later in the evening. He managed to arrive a little early than planned as our gig finished earlier than expected. He was incredibly friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely call him again when back in Frome. Thank you Mike.

Mike took me and my family to and from my Son's Wedding at Wick Farm. He was punctual and polite, and booking was easy and straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again (and, in fact, I'm hoping he will be available for a trip to Bath in a couple of weeks' time!).
