My college uses this company for their coach service however it's not the best. There have been 2 or 3 times now the driver has driven straight past my stop, completely ignoring the people waiting to get picked up. One of the company's staff which manages the coaches arriving and departing at college announced the coach is boarding just as it's left. Recently leaving 10+ students left at college with the response it's not my fault you missed the coach".Saying that the drivers themselves are friendly with some exceptions

I have rung Prospect on 2 occasions regarding my son who uses the Free Halesowen Bus Service.Firstly because he had left his lanyard on the coach and secondly because he'd been dropped off by my husband in the morning, and had forgotten his lanyard to come home with.On both occasions, the lady I dealt with was incredibly helpful and sorted us out - brilliant service - Thank you!I will continue to rave on about how good you have been to us xx

This firm's coaches cause daily disruption in the Halesowen area. They park very inconsideratly, with no thought for other drivers. Engines are left running for ages, causing pollution. They regularly leave a coach with the engine running and the hazards on at the top of Church Road, just sitting there on the double yellow lines, so drivers have to go into oncoming traffic to get around. Not sure why they think that putting the hazards on negates the traffic offence of parking on double yellow lines!

Booked prospect coaches to take a group of friends to Blackpool for the day. Coach was clean and comfortable and both the drivers, Joe and Dave (Elvis) were very friendly and helpful throughout. A fab day was had by all and would definatley recommend Prospect coaches.

Just home from a trip to Folkestone and France with Andy. He was a great driver, especially when travel company or ferry company messed up the booking and we got sent away from port. He kept calm and polite eventually getting us on ferry. His driving was safe and efficient, he kept us informed of times. He listened to the needs of his passengers. Would travel with him again without hesitation.
