Goodwin Barrett did a great job of sorting poor investment advice out which i'd been given years ago by a high street bank. Can recommend highly - professional factual advice - Staff had decent way on the phone too - professional guidance and informal approach. Would use again if needed, and the fee was very good value for the return i got back - in a relatively short time.

I would recommend Goodwin Barrett. I didn’t know I was entitled to compensation until I spoke to them. They handled the whole process professionally. With very little to go on they soon found all they needed to successfully claim for a mis sold investment with Halifax many years ago. Very pleased with the outcome.

Have been waiting nearly 2 years for my car claim to progress. They advised me 8-12 weeks at the beginning. I continously get the same email saying how they are working through my claim... 2 years! Such a joke. I have called a few times asking for updates, I never get anything solid, just flaky replies that they will update me soon.If they eventually bother to do anything about my claim, they will take a 50% commision. I wish I would have gone with another business to act on my claim, who actually bother to do the work. Avoid.

I heard about Goodwin Barrett on the radio and took their details to ring. They were really helpful and informative. We had investments with a well known bank and we weren’t told about all the risks. They were able to track everything down, even though it had been more then 15 years, I had told them I had no paperwork to support my claim and they were still able to help me and I received £5000. Goodwin Barrett were great with their customer service, I would highly recommend this company, as they’ll help you take your claim further.

I contacted Goodwin Barrett after seeing their advertisement pop up on my mobile phone realising I had lost money on a PEP investment from 1997. I didn't really think I would get compensation but after talking to their very professional and efficient staff I realised I may have a claim. Didn't think there was any chance of getting a refund but I was surprised and elated to receive a settlement of over £5000. I had no paperwork but this did not present any problem, the matter was settled and money in my account within a very short time.
