Great shop and good range of electrical products. The staff were helpful and professional. I ordered a Dell laptop online on Saturday 3rd June and it arrived on Tuesday 6th June. Also free delivery and the parcel was securely packaged. CeX was recommended to me by my son in law who knows what he is talking about when it comes to computers. I would also highly recommend them. Icing on the cake is the laptop comes with a 2 year warranty.

Ok but any prices they promise to pay for items are never honoured. A staff member even told me this. They advertise a price if your phone or tablet etc is A1 condition but unless the item is brand new and untouched it is B at best so expect at least 10% less. As for buying they offer a guarantee so be sure to read the small print as to what that covers as it's different for different things.

Took a load of old tech down, along with PS4 and girl with blond hair went above and beyond to put up with me to get what she could though at the best price which got my PS5 cost down to £315. The other staff seemed a bit cold to start but all were friendly when they warm up to you. Defo going here from now on.

I have difficulty walking and this place is so hard to get to. They agreed to buy my tablet but then said they needed 45 minutes to test it, how hard can it be???
