I enquired about a flight of stairs with a kite winder, I had a very good idea of the opening size, spec and dims I needed, however using express stairs online stair builder I could tweek the stairs to a perfect fit, including a bull nose, also finalising details with their stair designer, I was confident with my order and very please with the delivered stairs. From initial stair design to delivery my experience was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending express stairs to anyone. Good luck

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. As soon as they have your money all communication stops. No information about delivery dates, messages/emails not responded to, nothing.Then a phone call one morning saying delivery will be that day, resulting in a rush to get people to an empty site. A situation the company had been made aware of at point of order.To make the situation even worse, a lot of items were missing despite them being shown on the pick note. We still don’t have these items weeks later. After multiple emails and unanswered calls we eventually got a message saying the missing items we’d paid for would be delivered but nothing has actually materialised.I understand delays in these difficult times but there’s no excuse for such a lack of communication and poor service. As a business you need to be able trust that a supplier will do as they’ve promised, and that’s something this company definitely does not do.
