What a useless organisation - I have been trying to renew my security / tracker subscription - the email link doesn’t work and I’ve held for over 30 mins twice on the phone - still waiting the 2nd time. Why have a phone service when they have nobody to answer! Appalling waste of time - not that they care.

Where are all your customer service advisors - you can NEVER get through to anybody. Admit it Vodafone - they’re NOT busy, they’re just not there - you have no customer advisors, you’re just taking my money and providing no service at all.If you are thinking of installing a tracker in your pride & joy, you could not do worse than install a Vodafone Automotive device.

The practice of not refunding part of a subscription upon cancellation is shameful. Not my first experience of Vodafone and less than favourable practice and my recommendation would be to avoid any dealings with the company if at all possible.

A rip-off merchant with many tricks to empty the wallets of Porsche owners. Vodafone will try to extract the renewal premium of £217, when it is only halfway through the contract year. Their other favourite trick is to 'turn off' the tracker if you resist paying 6 months early...which means an expensive 'reset' at the main dealers!! They will have further tricks .. these are just two nasty experiences I am have had in my first year with them. There must be a cheaper and better service elsewhere??

Contacting customer service is impossible. Incessant recorded messages stating wait time that compound is frustrating.

Had them on my Porsche for 4 years so far - always super responsive if my car is moved, and great customer service. Even sent out a fob for goodwill when I lost mine! Thank you.

Tried for 2 weeks to pay my anual subscription. Waited for 20 minutes each time. A disgrace they will not transfer subscription to a new owner!!! Seller had just renewed and paid over £200 but they refused to refund or transfer it. A rip off!!!!!!!!

I have just sold two cars and cancelled my Vodaphone Automotive tracking. One had 11-months subscription paid for and one had 10-months. We don't refund part subscriptions

I have had a positive experience with Vodafone Automotive over the last 8 years of Porsche ownership.In particular a Customer Service Advisor named Lisa who has helped me with my cars. There was a little mix up in some transfers that were made but she took it upon herself to resolve the issue quickly, effectively and without concerns. For me, thats world class service and its not how it starts but how it ends..
