Carlotta designed the new apartment for us. She is the most efficient and accomodating designer I have ever met. We wanted to move in the apt ASAP. To save time, we planned to just order the furniture from one or two brands ourselves. We were waiting for their in-house designer to get back to us on their proposal. During that time, we get to know Carlotta. After the first call, she sent us her several design ideas almost instantly. Once we had picked the theme, she replied within few days on floor plan, 3D pic, all the items from different brands, shipment time and pricing etc. We like almost all the things she selected and she placed the order immediately. After this whole process, those other furniture shops still had not replied to me on their first proposal! Wish I know her earlier and save all the hassles!
