They have so called diligence and other departmentsThey grabbed my money not giving them back not responding properly always says someone will contact you it’s been over 3 weeks I gave them my passport bank statement proof of addressDon’t know what else they needIt’s not one Star eveni want to give them negative rating which is unlikely -10I don’t recommend this comPany to anyone be very careful from these robbers

The phone number they provide rings and then goes quite! Waste of time

Pure garbage. I paid for a mail forwarding service and they sent the letter through to my address about 1 and a half months later. Now I have a HMRC fine of £400 for info I could have filed. Using them is an expensive mistake

I've been using this company for years, for myself and for clients, and I've found them to be very cost effective, helpful and flawless.I see some negative reviews here and I must say, I have experienced the opposite to a lot of them. It seems that some people don't understand the process or have made it too complicated.I also have the virtual office service with the company and, if I need help, I pick up the phone and get great service.Can't recommend these guys enough.

Setup of the company was good...But the registered address and forwarding services are less so.Google my business refuses to allow you to use the address, as it is occupied by multiple companies. Word of warning if you want to grow.Mail forwarding is pants. No scans. Letters get forwarded so slowly it is maddening. Average 2 week delay between mail being received at office address and then received by forwarding address.

APPALLING SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!They do not ever pick up the phone - try calling the number- and they don't respond to support emails except an occasional vague email that does not address any issues. Also, their customer support form on the website doesn't load and send.AVOID THIS COMPANY, save your money and use another firm.

Called to sort out a query whilst processing a company registration online and spoke with Carina. The call was answered straight away. She was knowledgeable, friendly and dealt with my issue immediately to enable to company to be formed. In this day and age of very questionable customer care it was very nice and refreshing to have someone genuinely trying to help and who knew what they were talking about.

Avoid ! I did use they service to register limited company. After payment they did ask me proof of address ... after I did provide they did ask for the second proof of address ..... all this nightmare took 3 days after they saidUpon further investigation we are unable to satisfy our due diligence requirements and therefore we will not be able to proceed with your application. As we are unable to proceed with the service your account will be locked.So they did lock my account with other 5 registered companies I paid for. I did request chargeback but there is no any response from them. Why they need such a private information as proof of ID and address if Companies house does not request them. So I did use companieshouse without any middlle companies to register my company which was done cheaper and without any stupid requests as they did.

Appalling service, paid for this service for years. They were not forwarding mail for months and I subsequently was fined and worst. I received an apology due to an error, which I accepted to only receive a further fine. Due to no fault of my own they refuse to accept liability. Even though they admit to an error we received no company mail of any kind due to their error and not ours. If you actually want to receive mail please consider the ramifications as a company legally. Avoid.
