Were appointed by my insurance company for water damage repairs. I have to say that they were first class to deal with and their workmanship was excellent. I was happy with all aspects of work undertaken & would definitely recommend

Probably the worst builders I have ever come across. For them to under take insurance work at the start they were charming but their was no communication we were dictated to on numerous occasions, they are so arrogant they won’t accept their poor workmanship, 3 attempts to fix a ceiling and it’s now in a worse state than ever before but when They come to the house they contradict each other Project manager said to patch the ceiling which they did and it’s now worse. Someone else turns up to assess and says it should never be patched but when questioned he back tracked and said it’s not poor workmanship they payed the floor solid wood and it moved under your feet. I now have to source different builders to finish the whole job they can’t and they have been continuously paid by the insurer for each attempt and claimed money for work never completed. Insurers or anyone should really consider them for future I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what we have it’s been nearly a year and all work has to be redone.

Under new owners still a fab outfit younger and more dynamic now so expect the same level of top service and quality.

Well I would just like to say a very big thank you to the team. I would definately recommend them to anyone that needs work doing.Unfortunately our work was needed to be done under an insurance claim but all the people involved were very professional and understanding and made every effort to make our lives more bearable while the work was being carried out. They also needed to be at our house on their own and took great care of our house key letting themselves in and out every day they were there. I must say they treated our house with the respect that I expected.The standard of work they provided was excellent and Mark the project manager kept us up to date with all that was being done.THANK YOU Ullyses team you are FAB, from Mrs Davies Bridgend.
