We had Ron and Shaun fit our bedroom carpet today. They called in the morning to advise me of an hour window schedule. They arrived on time, both were extremely professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

We bought 2 carpets from the reading branch and had our carpets fitted by Steve and Ben and the service was great. Called an hour ahead of arriving and to fit two bedrooms the job was done in just over an hour. They gave us some really good advice and overall was a really good customer experience! highly recommend!

I initially had trouble with Carpet right as I'd booked appointments in over the phone as the website wasn't working and had somehow been redirected to a store in New haven so my order had gone via them. Once I went into the Reading store I couldn't have been happier with the service I received! They were able to change my order to come via the Reading Store and easily complete the order process. The order took about 2 and a half weeks to arrive but after it did the fitting appointment was super quick and was scheduled for that same week. Sam; my fitter was nothing short of superb, he was personable, prompt and willing to offer any advice and answer any of my questions! He kept me informed and made quick work of fitting my entire flat even offering to come back after the job was complete to touch up his work! I would recommend carpet right and especially Sam however go into the store as trying to arrange by phone turned out to be a pain.

Purchased our carpets at the Reading branch, communication was great. The carpets fitters Ron & Shaun did such a great job on the installation and played a critical role in completing our extension project.They were Polite, answered all questions and very tidy.Thanks guys!!
