After my visit to st.albans city the train station was clean for a station but being disable with walking ade, I wasn't offered any help though the gate ever way even though there was a person on the gate both ways I had to struggle to get through.

This used to be a superb service but with the strikes and continual engineering works you really have to check timetables on the day.

It's a train station!!! Poor choices with paying for parking, no machines, either try downloading a QR code that doesn't work or having to download their unfriendly to navigate app that won't allow you to choose a custom amount of days only their options meaning you have to keep checking back to add time.
