Amble Dental Practice

I am new patient and the care, consideration and explanation of treatment is excellent. I would like to thank the whole team especially the initial contact dentists Helen and Duncan whose advice is appreciated.

Recently had treatment..I broke a tooth, and needed an emergency filling..Everything was explained, the treatment carried out.Believe me absolutely painless .

Terrible attitude from the receptionistInsinuating I am taking my family member to the dentist without his consent. If you think this is the case please get In touch with the relevant authorities and report me. What the receptionist said was way out of order. Highly ignorant and offensive. Then she hung the phone up on me when I did what any person would of done and challenged her outrageous comments. It is extremely difficult being a carer for someone with complex mental Health problems we don't need people who don't know or understand these challenges making silly comments. What was it someone once said education education education well that is what is needed here.one more thing it is pointless having a complaints procedure where you complain to the practice manager. The reason is you are all friends with each other so it puts the person making the complaint at a massive disadvantage. The arrogance and the superiority complex that this practice has is not good but it is amusing.

The best practice that I have ever visited in all of my 71 years!! From my first tel contact which was so efficient and friendly explaining everything to me and getting me an emergency appointment the same day to the staff when I got there to the Dentist herself, (not forgetting the nurse - friendly and efficient!) who again explained everything to me and I elected for an extraction. I warned her that I had had trouble with a previous extraction which took some getting out and broke up. Trust me she said and it was out before I knew it and all in one piece!! I would thoroughly recommend!!!

Needed an emergency appointment just a day after signing up ( I was in within 2 hours at mid day) with amble dentist practice, the receptionist (Dawn) was extremely helpful with both registering and getting me an appointment. I’m sure she is a credit to the business. The dentist who did a emergency tooth extraction for me was named (pan) him and his assistant were fantastic very friendly and professional. They got me out of pain fast and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone

Can't thank dentist Helen Preston enough.I've just completed a course of treatment to have teeth whitening and two front crowns fitted. Nothing at all was a problem and I was consulted on everything to ensure I was happy every step of the way.I'm now confident with my smile.All staff at the practice were so friendly and helpful, and it's lovely to have a dentist so happy and enthusiastic in her work. Thankyou.
