Me and my husband have been coming here for our glasses for about 10 years, great staff, great choice of glasses and great prices, highly recommended. I have trifocals and no other manufacturers can make them for me. Always a pleasure to visit this place

Popped in today to see if they could repair a pair of glasses. The staff were so helpful and professional. Never used onspec before but came highly recommend.Will certainly be using them for my next pair of glasses.

I've just called in to the Kingston Park Branch & the service I received was second to none. They altered my existing glasses, changed the pads & frosted a lens without hesitation. They also gave me great advice when choosing a pair of sunglasses. Thank You

Bought a pair of Hugo Boss frames (cheaply) on line and took my prescription to OnSpec to have single vision lenses fitted. Took 3 days from dropping the frames off to picking my new specs up. Great service and fantastic price. Can’t recommend enough.

A much more personal service offered by onspec. In addition to this, the choice of frames are very varied from lower priced to more designer (and everything in between). In saying that, I have found the price and the quality of the lenses to be very good indeed.I even took in a picture of a person on TV with some glasses on I liked, they searched the web for me and found them, then added the exact colour lenses. Cannot recommend high enough.

Recommended by our neighbour. First new prescription specs for 4 years. Had had problems with varifocals from one of the big chains. Great selection of frames and lenses. Ended up with a pair of reactive Varilux X main glasses (recommend these lenses) and a second pair of vari sunglasses (Innovator Plus lenses). Great and friendly service and both pairs of glasses ready for pick up within a week of putting the orders in. Recommend this place.

Bought a brand new glasses frame online and took here for glazing to save costs. The frame came back with really splayed legs, particularly on one leg and the glasses do not fit well at all. I asked the assistant to fix them since the frames were in perfect condition without splayed legs when I brought them. He said my lenses were flat (never had this mentioned as a factor anywhere else, my prescription is not that high) and bent frames back (reluctantly, any breakages would be on me). Since then the frames have not been right and I may as well junk them. My partner had a similar issue with splayed legs on a reglaze (he does not have a high prescription either). In summary, you might think you are getting a deal but the products and service are poor. Avoid

They replaced my glasses on the same day!! They found my prescription and produced identical pair for me to collect later that day!! Amazing service and friendly staff.

Wonderful service, nothing was too much trouble and my old, knackered sunglasses are better than they've ever been.

I went to Onspec with a prescription having lost my glasses and needing a replacement quickly. I tried other opticians and they just could not do anything as they had to send lenses away which would have taken days and days. Onspec have their own lab. In less than 30 minutes I had a new pair of glasses. All high quality and at a decent price. Friendly people, good service. Very impressed.
