Totally useless. Came to look at my mother in laws property. Never came back to confirm despite emails and calling in at office in Salisbury, so went to to another agent and sold within 2 weeks at over £500k. They obviously didn't want the business or the commission .

Brilliant Agent. Just sold our House through Carter and May. I cannot praise them enough and particularly Ben who is in danger of giving the profession a good name. We had a particularly long and difficult chain and Ben was tireless. His communication was first rate and his professionalism was excellent. He got us over the line where had it been anyone else we would have given up. I cannot recommend this company and particularly Ben highly enough who is now more like a family friend.
