I used this company to supply and fit a new boiler. Ahmad came round quickly to give me a quote for the work and he confirmed everything in writing. He was very helpful answering all my questions. Initially I was told the job would take 2 days but he was able to finish it in 1 day which was great. Everything was done quickly and he tidied up after so there was minimal mess. All in all from quote to completed job took 3 days! I would recommend this company and will be using them again.

Great service provided from this company. They were efficient and explained the whole process to me as they were carrying out the work. I felt comfortable to ask any questions that I had which they answered in a lot of detail. I will be using them again to carry out other work.

I need to share my bad experience and my bad opinion with this enterprise because they come to inspect my home and they live damage and broke my kitchens, and they promised me to back to repair or solve the damage and now is near to 2 moths and they don't answer my call phone and they broke they promises, and now I don't know how can I solve this damages in my kitchen Cook

Hired Aryan to install a new boiler, megaflow and underfloor heating. From initial meeting Ahmad was very good, professional and knowledgeable however communication was bad, did not answer or reply to messages.One day one of installation I was told a date but he turned up a day earlier causing distribution to my family as we did not have any hot water. Had we known I would have planned to have them out of the house. Drilled the thermostat into the side of my staircase without asking.We had building works going on at the same time so have a portable toilet outside, a big blue one which could not be missed. We told Ahmad and his workers to only use this toilet and not our downstairs one as we are using the sink for our dishes as we had no kitchen.His workers listened but he did not and used our toilet without permission and tried to do it quietly so he would not be seen. I pulled him up on this and he said he was not aware of the big blue toilet I front of my house. My wife was furious as she had to clean up after him.I asked him to come back to my house to apologise to my wife, he said he will and has not made any effort too and also did not reply to my message about an issue with my gas hob.His workers our brilliant, I remember Safiq, very professional and respectful.Even though our system works well which is why I have given him 2 stars, Ahmad’s lack of communication, punctualness, and respect has led me to never use him again or refer him.

Did a great job servicing my boiler and installing a Hive. Good service and good prices. Would use again.
