Thu Du Nails

Had a full set of acrylics 2 days ago. The place is majorly understaffed (1 man working there alone) and he’s clearly not competently trained to provide all services. Acrylics are far too thin, one snapped the day I got them done when I scratched my arm. The shellac was not fully dried underneath the top coat and started to bubble up and peel away revealing wet shellac. When I returned to the establishment to show him what had happened and ask for a refund I was refused any money back for the poor service given and was met with an undeniably ignorant and rude attitude.

took my now wife and her brides maids her before the wedding all of the girls loved it such welcoming staff and all the girls including my wife couldn't stop going on about how good there nails were and how fast they were thanks Tony and Beth will be sending all the girls in my family

I had a pedicure. Extremely thorough. Very relaxing. Lovely lady, extremely hard working and professional. salon spotless. My feet were terrible. What a transformation I was walking on air when I left. Thank you.

Popped in here the day before I was going to a party and booked to have my hand and nails tidied up and painted on the day of the party. Turned up for the appointment and the woman there said that I hadn't booked for a pedicure so I said that I had booked and she said that when I phoned that morning I hadn't, I told her that I didn't ring and that I booked in person the day before. Instead of offering me another appointment she barked at me that she had another appointment and could only paint the nails which is really silly if the nails need shaping,. I won't be going here again. Saved myself the money and shaped and painted my own nails and bought myself a bottle of prosecco as payment for doing my own nails. I had a really busy morning at work and was so disappointed that I couldn't get my nails sorted. I don't very often do stuff like that so it was supposed to be a really nice treat for myself. I won't be going her again

Nails were ok a bit rushed. I’d like to say staff were friendly but actually they were very grumpy and made me feel uncomfortable

I had shellac on my nails and 3 days later they started to lift and the day after one fell off. They rush your nails hence why they’re bad quality. Just want your money

Friendly, efficient, good value and great nails for my daughter.
