Good meal deals. Cooked from fresh so takes a little longer. Cards are accepted but through a wierd way with ypur phone. Works well enough but most pay cash. I will be doing cash feom now on.

Waited around 15 minutes as Just Eat orders we're being prioritised, no haddock available only cod at £2 more expensive then got home to find chips we're burnt and inedible.

Waited 1.5hrs for delivery before contacting shop. Got accused of having wrong address on paypal. I checked and said my address was correct. Then followed a torrent of abuse down the phone, accusations and insinuations that I was lying. No one contacted me by phone to confirm my address even though the delivery driver was in the correct street but apparently the wrong door ?! 'shameless' springs to mind when dealing with these people. Extremely rude and aggressive staff.Food finally arrived over 2hrs late, parts missing and not great.Definately would not recommend this place!

This chip shop never dissapoints. I especially love their Chinese curry sauce.

This is probably the best chippy in Yorkshire. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. An extensive menu with burgers as well. The pies are a hot seller so get in early. The fish is amazing and the portions are very generous. If toy have not tried Barton chippy I suggest you give it a go.

Medium haddock chips small curry sauce and a can of pop £13.70 absolute daylight robbery. I was gobsmacked when the server told me the price. Needless to say I said are you sure that is the right price she said yes we have had to put our prices up. So I said no thank you and walked out without ordering and I won't be back total greed!!!!
