Scam calls. Harassing elderly for no reason

Lots of positive reviews here, not sure how. Our experience is that they extremely slow at processing what should be a simple conveyance transaction - no chain, and very little feedback, if any to explain the delays at every stage. Why does it take MONTHS where it used to take a matter of weeks? Digital communication has somehow allowed the process to move forward only if there is a full moon, or 31 days in a month.
