Made the mistake of ordering without a quote and was charged £1.125/L - had been quoted £0.97/L less than two weeks previously. Also got a quote on 2nd December three days after delivery which was £0.95/L. They did reduce final price to £1.079/L as a gesture of goodwill - but still way above what I would consider a fair price. Does not appear to be any loyalty to longstanding customers - have been using them for 13 years. Also appears to be no value going directly to them as a supplier for a quote - likely to get a much better price using a broker. They do however always deliver on time but at far to high a price.

We rang for a price and was quoted 44p per litre. When we rang back the price was increased to 54p. This week we have an email for 34p. They are just tucking people up at a time like this. When we are all loosing jobs and worring about friends and family ill with C.Virus.Will definitely not be recommending or using again.

Took order and payment weeks ago. Original delivery 2 Nov, then ring and advise we don’t deliver to your area but allocated to a local fuel supplier. Revised delivery date of 5 Nov. Called again and then advise delivery now 12 Nov. Do not use this company

Our go to company for fast and efficient delivery of Gas Oil and Kero, enquiries always responded to quickly and excellent customer service. We have never been let down, even when placing a last-minute order! Friendly drivers, timely deliveries, and excellent office-based personnel. Highly recommended.

Ordered for delivery over 3 weeks ago. Money taken and no delivery. No one gets back to you or answers the phone. Shocking for such an essential item to keep a house warm. I have a vulnerable child with asthma and no heating.

Ridiculous recruitment process. Very stressful experience.More then qualified for a tanker driving role I attended interview for, they made me an offer of employment then subsequently withdrew said offer on the grounds of being unable to verify a time I was self employed for a few months in a completely unrelated role over 4 years ago.No wonder there’s a tanker driver shortage. What an absolute joke

WP Group are only competitive when seeking new business. They are good at delivering BUT profiteer from oil price change and don't honour quoted prices.
