Sneyd Green Post Office

Not bad

This Post office is a joke. My daughter often takes my parcels for me and she feels intimidated to go there. The staff is not only unhelpful, but they make you feel bad for coming! The lady was making rude comments about my teenage daughter who came do drop my post to another customer right in front of her! Also, she was unhappy that the weight of the parcels (or letters) is not exactly as shown on the scales (I often add few grams more just in case there is a discrepancy with scales - never less, always more!). Why are you even post office if you are so unhappy to do the service?! We now go to another branch that is further away from our house just to avoid this horrible service. Should be closed down.

Horrible lady who works in here been extremely rude to me on a few occasions. My partner went in with a parcel last week and she refused to take it back. She just vile. It wants shutting down!

Took a passport in to send recorded delivery. The young Lady extremely helpful. Always working always get a lovely smile and is very helpful.

Very not pleasant lady serving customers. He is entitled to which he has no rights. Cheeky claim because according to her she sets the law in her own hole
