A very experienced dentist and very polite dental nurse, clearly good at their job, as no pain felt during any of the procedures. The gentleman behind the desk I found to be pleasant to deal with.Thank you for being great dentists!( Ignoring the negative reviews by people who themselves are usually the obnoxious ones)!

Worst dental practice ever! Avoid at all costs! They are the most rude, ignorant, and lazy surgery you will ever find - the main dentist is unbelievable in the way she treats people seeking dental assistance!

Rude, horrible, nasty staff. Gave me an appointment then when i said i had an exemption from wearing a mask he took the appointment away and said he doesn't have anything. They said their company policy is above government guidelines. (this goes against the disability act 2010- LAW) And when I was crying and begging for an appointment they hung up on me. After talking to others in the village, they are well known for being rude.

Went for my first appointment yesterday... lovely friendly people who put me at ease. Took time with me and explained everything. Very strict on covid precautions. So far I'm happy they accepted me as a new patient... Several months on, and extensive treatment later, I reiterate my first comments. Friendly and very kind. I'm aware I'm a difficult patient but have always been put at ease and my treatment is given with care and kindness.

This woman is one of the worst humans I have met. As a dentist obviously I feel the same. She was very uneducated on the process of prescriptions. She refused to discuss the discomfort of my wisdom teeth and the pain, infection and impacted growth they were causing. She came across as extremely rude, confrontational and arrogant. She also refused to check my 3 year old sons teeth due to time issues". Needless to say I am outraged at this horrendous service and seek to find another dentist at my nearest convenience. Utterly horrified at the way in which o have been treated."

I had a bad experience personally at this dentist 3 years ago and vowed to never go back.My wife had a emergency and was not registered at this practice but they accomadated her the same day and couldn't of been more helpful and I am delighted.Situations change and the kindness shown to my wife have changed my opinion.Keep it up

It has not been easy to find a dentist but I'm so glad I was accepted at this practice where I have received nothing but kindness and consideration as well as excellent dental care.I am at a total loss to understand the negative reviews, which in no way match my experience of either the staff or the premises. My experience has been totally positive and, as much as one can enjoy a visit to the dentist, I look forward to future appointments with confidence and have no hesitation in recommending the Country Dental Practice.

Friendly, efficient and very human. Due to my own error of never bothering to register with a dentist, when toothache struck I was having zero luck finding an NHS dentist who would see me. These kind folk squeezed me in and treated me like it was their pleasure to do so. Cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you!! :)
