I normally do not offer reviews. However as the service offered today 30/8/23 by Chun Leong (Seb) at Boots (BrunelSwindon )was excellent . Seb went to great lengths in ensuring I understood each of the process, putting me at easy , explaining the outcome of each test. Not only in my opinion a excellent Optometrist but great asset to Boots / Specto Ltd.Thank you Seb

I was seen on time and was given excellent service from Jose who was very helpful. I was served by Marium when I came to collect my new glasses and she was so kind and very knowledgeable too. From start to finish my experience in store was 5 star.

The optician that saw me was absolutely lovely and really attentive. I appreciated the time he took to carry out my eye test and answer any questions I had. It’s not every day you come away from an appointment feeling someone cares for your welfare, but I have to say Boots really do look after you. Fantastic service x
