I left work prematurely to find an unforgiving queue. 4 ex 4 automatic cash mashines were inoperable. 1 ex 3 counters had human presence dealing with cash" only as the cash machines were inoperable. At the close of play the senior manager took to monitor the door in preference to dealing with genuine customer concerns. The security guard was standing beside her

I had my purse and bank card stolen on Monday this week, all I had in was a fiver in change. The staff given the stress that they are under at present couldn't do enough to help me. Thank you so much.

I went in on the 1st of December in SheffieldI saw guy called he jack very understanding and caring as told that my husband was in hospital and I had come from Scarborough to see a show at city Hall so I did need some money out he said it was OK get money out great guy should be a managerThank you Jack

Not a good experience here. Withdrew a sum of money in bank notes over the counter and later found out that one of the bank notes was fake. I was told by the branch manager that it was impossible for the bank to hand me a fake note (which is ridiculous as this is of course possible). I have made a formal complaint regarding this matter. I also did not like the rude and abrupt attitude of the cashier behind the desk who handed me the bank notes (which included the fake bank note). How many times did I have to tell this guy my postcode before he actually got it right? Having to repeat your postcode several times and then being handed a fake bank note is awful customer service to say the very least.

I have just arrived in the UK and I am very grateful and happy that they helped me to open an account. Other banks very less helpful. Special thanks to Ewa who was great!

Just looks dirty and not looked after. Four hand-wash dispensers inside and all empty, just take them away!!! The glass exterior is filthy and still has remnants of previous marketing adds. Situated in Spice Alley and looks the part! Should have kept the Surrey Street branch open and shut this one.

Unprofessional and rude staffs. Kept me waiting in branch for over an hour without regular updates.

They have less staff and want you to pay cash in to machine(s) that dont work, unless your money is in mint condition.
