Storage here is easy to arrange, staff are very helpful. We needed good internal storage. A wide variety of units are available. Good easy road access for our removal company and easy personal access is 24/7. Ours was ground floor which suited although there are lifts to access above. There are plenty of trolleys to use and it is kept clean. Once we vacated our account was sorted very promptly. We would recommend.

Clean, neat and tidy storage with easy entry and exit by unique number. Well explained by phone contact initially with guidance. Lack of on site staffing was no problem from my perspective.If needed would use again without delay.

I found using this storage company was really easy, and having never used storage before the fact there was always a friendly person on the end of a phone to answer any of my many questions was really helpful. They put me at ease with setting up the storage and when it came to move out the same applied. I will def recommend/use this company again if the need arises! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A change of home and frightening removal costs combined with a lack of availability forced me to come up with a plan B.I rented 2 units at UK storage in Fareham and using hire vans moved as much as possible prior to completion on our new home. All done in a bit of a rush but UK Storage staff were exceptionally quick and proficient and gave useful experiences based advice when assessing my requirements which meant that both units were on the ground floor. I am NEVER EVER moving house again but I can highly recommend this company's services based on my experience at the Fareham facility.

Used the storage facility in Fareham, telephone staff were great at setting up the unit and all the instructions were very easy to follow. The unit was a great size and very easy to access, clean and bright. Although the storage unit is not staffed you are only a phone call away from someone ready to help. Great space Great service Great price. Would recommend it to all my friends.

I needed storage for a short time and this was easy to arrange. I felt that this storage facility was secure and safe. I never felt unsafe when putting objects in my unit and some of my visits were at night. The unit was securely locked with my own lock which was new in its sealed package. When it came time for me to empty the unit it was easy to phone and confirm that the it was no longer needed, emptied and that I had taken the lock away. Good service and should I need storage in the future I would not hesitate to use again.
