Ryan has worked on two of my cars now. He's fair, honest and respectful to understanding my situation. I literally now won't use garages any more as i no longer trust them because of how poor their service has been. Ryan is highly trustworthy. You won't be disappointed in his service. The guys at RH Mo'tive are genuinely amazing. Ryan came out to my home and collected my car for a full service, he also went to the trouble of giving the vehicle a thorough health check and identified several items that required attention. I was provided with a list of advisory items and subsequently quoted to have repairs carried out. I found Ryan to be very friendly and knowledgeable as well as patient answering all of my questions and explaining what repairs were required and when. The customer service is absolutely fantastic, they've earned themselves a customer for life. My car now has a whole new lease of life and is running so much better.

There was a situation regarding my car that Ryan had not been faced with before, he had received parts which envolved a component which didn't apply to my car. He quickly found that this component was not required, and he removed the cost of it from my invoice. He went on to replace the thermostat unit on my mini, and did so with utmost care and professionalism. I absolutely recommend his assistance if you have any worries about the general wellbeing of your vehicle. Highly recommended.
