friendly helpful staff

One of the staff members was very unhelpful and rude when I sought assistance with a parcel return. The problem seemed to be with the label printer - it kept saying that the return wasn’t possible. When I sought assistance, the staff member became rude and aggressive, and essentially gave up trying to help at all. Such people should not be working in customer service if they are unable to do their jobs properly. One other person I know had a similar problem in the same shop, although we don’t know if it was with the same staff member. I would suggest avoiding this shop for parcel returns: you could be saving yourself from pretty extreme rudeness.

One of the best supermarket in the area. I really suggest this place.

I always call into Leckey's when I'm in Belfast for a few lottery tickets, staff are always very polite and welcoming. I would think they are the only newsagents in that area..

The most rude and unhelpful man alive. Absolutely dispicable and frankly will never recommend this shop to anyone. Used to be a pleasant lady there and so helpful however don't know what happened and where this latest edition was dragged out of.

The most rude unhelpful aggressive old man about. Can not be bothered checking for parcel when it is in the shop. Just says “cant find it’ no delivery today. When i told him its tracked and in shop he started saying he will send the parcel back! People please do not shop at such a bitter rude persons shop. Plenty of nice local ppl to help out with buisness rather than this old fool!!!
