Ordered a couple of times from here. Very helpful staff, spoke to Tom who helped me work out the amount of sheets I needed for a job. Just had some wood Delivered (didn’t catch his name) but was a lovely chap. Unloaded it and put it where I wanted it to go. Very polite and great customer service. Good pricing too!! Thanks guys!!

absolutely diabolical not been for a few years so called in parked up stood for about 15 mins not one staff member offered to help ,another elderly customer with a walking stick got told off for standing where he shouldnt,the yard staff i saw have very little manners it seems to me they have done the job too long and hated it .i never got served so drove out of the yard to see the yardman at the gate who had earlier passed me 3 time and ignored me ,guess what i wont be coming back manners cost nothing ive reluctantly put one star..ian atkinson

ordered deck boards/joists I was not in ,driver rang to ask where I would like them placed. He stacked them all on my back pathway behind the gate. Wow great service and within the week! That good I am just about to order more product right now ... 5+
