Above and beyond service from Daniel at Stoneacre in Halifax. Having selected a car I wanted to test drive, Daniel personally travelled to another branch to bring the car to my local branch for me to try. Following a successful test drive, Daniel then collected me from my home the next day to take me to the branch to complete the purchase enabling me to drive the car away. Thanks Daniel for the great service.

We gave Richard Tokar a make, model and budget and he found us the perfect car. In fact he went above and beyond and we couldn't be more grateful or happier. Highly recommend Stoneacre Halifax but ask for Richard as he will look after you and won't sell you an old banger just for a sale. At no point did I feel pressured and I appreciated the updates on what was happening, excellent customer service.Thank you Richard, I love my new car!

Very poor customer service. The showroom is a building site, always has been substandard compared to other equivalent dealers but worse right now. My car was booked in for a service, apparently they had the wrong contact details so were not able to either send a service report or call me for collection. Upon collection, the internal facia was damaged and scratched! So far my experience at Peugeot has been extremely disappointing. Service Manager Ben was the only one who showed some professionalism and offered to repair the damage.
