The products are so limited in range wasn’t able to find what i was looking for. Prices are much more than other competitors

Decent selection and size, but quite chaotic and busy. There didn't seem to be any baskets which was problematic.

Great!! It's always had whatever am looking for and I've never had too ask staff members if something is in stock.

One person at the counter yelled at me that it was not my turn despite me queueing after the people they just served. The personnel was quite rude.

Great place to pickup items like water and snacks. I was in Edinburgh for 2 days and picked all my items from there. Check out is really quick. Staff is very helpful.

Today I got assaulted by one of the employees and falsely accused of theft. After trying to speak to her (Sheila) like a normal person she started shouting and accusing me of stealing a protein bar. Her behavior and attitude towards me were completely unprofessional. She was so blindly convinced that I had stolen this bar that even when trying to explain that she was wrong, she kept repeating and even screaming that she had seen it. People were constantly looking at both of us, which was very embarrassing and humiliating.The security guard who approached me saw that I hadn't stolen anything. I was asked to stay and wait until one of the managers checks the cameras.After a few minutes, the manager came and apologized to me for the whole situation and admitted that I was right. I wasted 15 mintues when I only wanted to buy a protein bar.Sheila is one of the least professional people I have ever encountered. This whole embarrassing situation clearly shows that she should have been trained better and perhaps start paying more attention to her surrounding. Very traumatic situation, I would have never expected to encounter such unprofessionalism at any of Sainsbury's stores.

Finished making purchase tonight, saw a cute Halloween cracker set, took picture and was immediately reprimanded by employee for taking a picture of the product. Why? No answer other than I’m not suppose to? Sorry, that’s not a reason and I see other online pictures of displays, I’m feeling profiled….worst Sainsbury experience. Offensive picture below…

Over 25% MORE EXPENSIVE for many goods than other Sainsbury stores around Edinburgh.I won't shop here again.

Teni hates his job and it seems like other employees are also tired of his cocky personality.2 stars and not 1 because other employees were much nicer and caring.
