If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought through wowcher, booked on Saturday to fly out on Tuesday, customer service was closed on Saturday and Sunday so couldn’t get my flight details until Monday, when I finally managed to get through to them on Monday, like all the over reviews, the same thing happened to me. Was told the only flights that were available was for 22:00hrs with a 5hr stop over on the way there on Tuesday and the time I’d arrive in Greece would be very early in the morning and taxi prices would be more than usual, so that would be 8hrs as apposed to 3hrs, and the flight back home would be at 07:00hrs with a 8hr stop over so that would be 11hrs as apposed to 3hrs. Then they said that they have “good news” after I told them this isn’t good enough and I wanted direct flights only. The “good news” was they managed to find another flight that was direct, would arrive early in the morning and leave late at night so would make the most of our days in Greece, when I said that’s great they then turned around and said “the upgrade would be 250pp” obviously a joke as Ryanair flights only cost £50pp. Never again will I use wowcher or this travel agent, I suggest you all listen to the other reviews and look elsewhere. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. The wowcher price for 5* all inclusive to Greece for 5 nights was 300pp, plus this company’s “upgrade” for 250pp brought the total to 1100 for both of us, we could of went 3 countries with that. Avoid at ALL costs!!!!!

Booked a 5* all inclusive holiday with Wowcher and was passed to this company to complete the booking. They said they were upgrading us to an even better hotel which was adult only and served premium alcohol, so a much better deal. We had to pay extra for transfers which were not included even with the initial hotel. £150 later, our holiday was booked and the Voxx Hotel, Beach Resort, Marmaris. Flights and transfers all ok but this was FAR FROM A 5* HOTEL. 2* at best. Rooms small and dirty. Food awful. Alcohol limited and NOT premium. Staff at hotel were great and helpful but be warned. Travelolo just want you to upgrade" to get more money out of you. You probably won't get anything upgraded at all. If this was an upgrade from the original hotel then I would hate to see what that was like."

Awful experience. Fell into the Wowcher trap. Once you have clicked redeemed on the voucher. They then ring you to tell you about the rubbish flight times they have booked for you. For example, departing at 22:00. Meaning most public transport will have stopped by the time you arrive However, they can get you better flights, but, it will cost you the same as what you have already paid. Oh and it will be at an Airport you have never heard of.When I asked for a refund as it had been less than 24hr since purchase they said as the voucher had already been “redeemed” it was non refundable. You do not know any flight details until after you click redeem. Absolute scam.They are quick to ring you to take more money off you to book better flights. But, trying to get hold of them afterwards is like trying to make contact with someone who is ghosting you on tinder.Terrible company. Sneaky Wowcher trick. Avoid like the plague.

Do not recommend unfortunately.I have already spoken to customer service and wanted to provide feedback for other potential customers:Issues:- Provided with incorrect boarding passes. We arrived at 10:30 for a 13:10 flight. Flight was actually at 17:25 and we were never informed. We spent the first day of our holiday waiting around in Gatwick and then tired by the time we got to destination. Missed museum and dinner bookings.- Requested window and middle seat on plane. We got middle and aisle seat instead.- Our hotel was upgraded to a spa hotel. We were never informed the spa would be extra. Along with the country tax, we spent an additional £100 when we arrived at hotel.How Travelolo responded:- They will contact EasyJet for compensation. They did not give any compensation themselves.- Hotel spa was not their fault, though they will make a note for next time that they wont upgrade customers hotels without informing them it will actually cost extra.Unfortunately, due to a lack of taking responsibility and providing compensation, we will not be using Travelolo again.

Just booked a wowcher to Italy with my partner and was helped by Nick when I called to confirm the booking details. He got me a better deal only £38 more per person than what I originally paid and better flights so we could save on transfers and enjoy more time

Could I possibly leave a lower than one star review? Unfortunately not on Google reviews, but in real life I absolutely would!Was led into their trap via a cheeky 1-night deal for in Venice on Wowcher, I should have known when I saw the price that it was too good to be true. I made the booking and was contacted by Andy who was up-selling a few extra nights. When I declined, he decided to get aggressive and started shouting at me down the phone. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to fly outbound from Gatwick and inbound to Luton, with a distance of 50 miles between them if I didn’t upgrade, so I reluctantly accepted.Flash forward to now, a week before the trip and one of my flights has been cancelled and after speaking with the airline it is the travel agents’ responsibility to contact me and let me know that the flights have been changed. To my surprise this flight has been cancelled from the 6th of June and I have had no response or notice from this company. I have now paid double for a holiday and only gotten half the time. Please avoid this company where possible. If you have fallen into the trap then I hope everything works out well for you, but unfortunately, after a lot of time and money wasted, I was not so fortunate.In addition to the above, they don’t like it when you pay by American Express, not sure why this is, but I wouldn’t pay with any other payment method just to be on the safe side!Absolute charlatans. Please do not book your trip with these people and I hope Wowcher takes them off of their site.

I'm going to buck the trend here and say I thought they were fine. I booked on wowcher as it was ridiculously cheap. At that price my expectations were low and I wasn't surprised the flights were at awful times. A call from travelolo and instead of one full day in Lake Como I get nearly three. Upgraded hotel and breakfast included for £49 per person. At £10 per person for breakfast that would have been £40 so the upgrade to flights and hotel for £58 for two people wasn't out of the way

Absolute rip off artists.Booked a holiday to Rome as part of Wowchers Black Friday deal.Original flight proposed was leaving late at night and returning early in the morning meaning we’d only get one day there.This cost £94 to alter the flights to fly out in the morning and fly back in the evening.After checking Skyscanner the flights alone only cost £78 so they must be making a killing ripping people off.They also wanted to upcharge us £30 for a hotel as they sold out, doesn’t seem like that’s an us problem.Will not be booking again, BEWARE.

A complete scam! Booked with these in July to go to Berlin in November for three nights. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm with our booking details only to find out that they had cancelled our reservation and not informed us! We were stranded in Berlin at midnight with no hotel in Winter! Luckily we found ourselves somewhere else but we have had to pay almost double because we cannot contact the company to get our money back!
