I called DJL Boiler Repair and Emergancy Plumbers out early hours of the morning due to a burst water pipe in my property I was told an engineer would be with me within the hour the engineer arrived prompt locating a heating pipe that had started leaking. The issue was resolved and the leaking pipe replaced that same visit. Very professional service I would highly recommend DJL

I called DJL Boiler Repair & Emergency Plumbers because my boiler had stopped working, they arrived on time diagnosed the a faulty gas valve very quickly and replaced the defective part the same day at very competitive price. I would highly recommend to family and friends

I am very happy with the service I received from the team at DJL. They came in within the hour to 'save me' get a kitchen water leak stopped and enabled me with a permanent fix at the next convenient time. Their focus was on a long term resolution and provided sound advice along the way. Would recommend them to anyone.

Avoid DJL Heating and Plumbing Company at all costs!We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and our young adult contacted DJL Heating and Plumbing Company for help. The plumber finally arrived with no equipment and asked for more money to hire a “special machine” to resolve the issue. We waited for another three days and the plumber disappeared. In total, our family member had paid £210 for nothing. The service was not provided and we wasted precious time and money. Dave did not reply to our numerous phone calls and emails. It was a complete scam. Do not trust these dishonest people and company by any means.

I don't normally like to leave bad/mediocre reviews. But chappy, who is nice enough guy, good comms initially and fitted us in before xmas. BUT he took 120 quid to 'misdiagnose' problem with our Worcester Boiler. Said he would order parts and complete job. Therafter just ghosted us ignoring messages, calls and SMS. Please note, it wasn't PCB in any case it was the fan that was faulty. We had to pay a second time but got problem correctly fixed. Just as well. The guy showed me the lights on his tester to confirm signal from PCB, maybe your tester is broken?! I think you should give a refund as you went MIA but also got it wrong.

Dave came to fix a problem I had with my boiler and even though I was at work my dad was there and he said he's courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He even called me after to let me know job was completed. Didn't feel I was overcharged and would highly recommend to anyone I know. Thank you m8

This is the second time we have used DJL. When we found we had a leak in a cupboard we didn't hesitate to call them. Dave came out at short notice and problem was solved. Very reasonable rates and great job done. Cheers Dave!

Great customer service when picking up the phone and quick to the property. Job was done very well and offered to clean up all and any mess left behind. Great experience will be using them again.
