I have booked my car for Aircon refill on 10 am following day in hope that they do it within a hour while waiting.After I handed over my car keys to receptionist the following day at 10am been told to leave that she call me when job is done.3 hours later she call me bad news - It's impossible to refill aircon gas due a leaking condenser - Still had to pay regas full price of £78.Avoid total ripoff.Garages around do same service for free !!!

Had an oil leak and was sorted within a day so greatful to this company for their help as I have a child with special needs and epilepsy so I needed the car back asap will be using in future!

Went for an MOT after Auto Medics was recommended to me. Great suggestion, really friendly and professional. A big shout out to the young lady at reception who was a credit to the garage. Will be going back when my service is due.

Great service as always, had multiple cars worked on by them for several different issues over many years, always sorted out at a very reasonable price.

Unprofessional and irresponsible business, they wasted my time!First time I booked them because someone advised.I have a booking today morning at 8:30, and I left my car. The receptionist said they would call in the early afternoon. They didn't call, but I called. She told me my car was not ready yet; when ready, she said she would call. I know the business is closing at 6 pm. Until 17:30, nobody called. When I asked, the car was not ready again, and I decided to collect my car. During collection, the receptionist was pleasant and said sorry, but nobody touched my car the whole day.They have a time management issue because I booked before.They have a customer service issue because they didn't call and inform even once.

My fiat 500 was over heating and was told by another garage I would need new head gasket, phoned around lots of garages with quotes from £800 to £1500 ridiculous quotes. Called Auto medics and spoke to a really lovely girl who gave me the best quote, they found out wasn't my head gasket after all, got my car on the road even cheaper. Very professional, great communication all the way. Car drives like a dream. So pleased I found this garage. Thank you again.

Fantastic garage - used them for everything from MOTs to cambelts and can’t fault the service and very fair pricing. Lovely people, great work, highly recommended.

I was advised back in Jan 2021 (18 months ago) during a change of my suspension arm top mounts that the droplinks needed changing too so asked Automedics to carry out (50k miles at this point so trusted it was about time). Even though the quote seemed questionably high, they assured their parts were excellent quality.However after undergoing a recent service at my new local independent garage they noticed the new droplinks were already deteriorating, especially on the off side. It was explained that the new droplinks were very poor quality/material. Anti roll bar droplinks are suppose to last a very, very long time. Judging by Automedics professional look, I expected top quality parts would be used, but unfortunately I have been let down. It is a shame as my previous car used to have successful MOTs here.
