This is the fifth PC I’ve bought over the years from CyberPower - not all for me of course - but the quality is unmatched. Big purchases stress me out, and when buying this I forgot to add FANS. Instead of just building the PC as I put it which would most definitely overhear and probably melt…CyberPower called me and made me aware of my mistake, and got the fans added for me. I will always use CyberPower.

Amazing from start to finish. I was a little concerned when the money left my account and the email stated I would receive a text along with the email. I left it a few days then decided to email cyber power they responded very quickly reassuring myself that the PC was still in the queuing line and is on schedule to be delivered on the date estimated. In fact it come a day early and the tower and components itself are of sound quality. This is the 1st time I've every gone to a company to build a desktop for me (as I usually build them myself) and this wouldn't be the last should I ever buy a full system again. To sum it up very one of the best in class for builds !!!

What can I say - absolutely brilliant! Found exactly what I was looking for in minutes, ordering was a breeze and my new gaming PC was shipped and in my house in a flash. Build quality is excellent and straight out of the box everything was perfect. Would definitely use again and will be recommending them to my friends too!

The website builder was fantastic in letting me take a spec closely to what I was looking for and then to hone it further. My email queries were swiftly addressed (typically in less than an hour) by Alan N who answered everything clearly and helpfully. The system was well packed and didn't disappoint. I've had it now for over a month and it's been flawless. I'd certainly take a look at using CyberPower again for my next machine.

PC was exactly to requested specifications, build is extremely professional and no issues whatsoever. Delivery was also excellent with all steps taken to ensure safe transit. Couldn't be more pleased and will certainly be suggesting company to others

Bought a very expensive build from CyberPowerPC and I am very happy with the service. Given the amount of money I was spending and how often these things can go wrong, I was worried that I would chose the wrong company for my build. I'm very happy to have chosen wisely in this case. I even had an issue with a link hub which was not their fault, it started to fail a week or so after I received the PC. Thier customer support was excellent. They were helpful, patient, understanding and most of all, reassuring confirming that it would be fixed.
