Would be good to know what happened to that money that was promised to staff when Werfen took over. We were strung along and promised options and bonuses that never materialised. Horrible work culture.

A really great company, they have a very capable team and a superb culture.

My previous review got deleted.The lab is under staffed so ended up doing primary processing on my own for over 6 months, then finally got trained in a different process. I then injured my shoulder and was told different things from different management staff. The company also states that they also help staff with mental illnesses - this is a LIE! My manager would treat me like a child as she did not understand my mental issues and when I spoke up about this, I got fired for what I said. If you want to be run off your feet and under payed, this is the place for you. The other lab technicians I worked with were great but they do talk about each other behind their backs and like to run to their manager about anything and everything.

The company culture is amazing and can't fault that at all.Yet I had over 60 training lessons that I had to complete as well as learning my role.I didn't know my role requirements, as this was a new role.Yet finding out I had to take on 5 other peoples duties as well, I was alittle overwhelmed and such a short salary.I wish I knew this before going through the process
