Had three complete windows replaced recently, (two of which were bay windows) and can't praise HomeWorks Windows highly enough. They did an excellent job, particularly Karl on the finishing touches as he painted dye on the smooth cement finish around the windowsills so that it matched the existing brick work perfectly. All lovely people to deal with, from the owners Nicola in the office & Richard who overlooked the job, to the fitting team Barry, Mikhail (hope I spelt that right) and of course Karl too. I can highly recommend Homeworks for their quality workmanship and value for money. From start to finish the experience was stress free and totally positive. My first contact was with Nicola, kind, very efficient and so helpful. We then met Richard who came to measure and prepare the quote, he was friendly, offered expert advice without any hard sell which was just the service we required. Yesterday Terry came to install our new French Windows replacing very poorly installed old and draughty ones, he was brilliant. A very experienced professional installer who completed the work to the highest standard. He was friendly and left his work area clean and tidy and took away our old doors. We are so happy and we will definitely be using Homeworks again.

Overall, a very good experience. Our door was installed impeccably and great communication with the team.My only suggestion is to ensure the door locking brand, mechanism and potential options are discussed with the customer prior to ordering the door. As we’ve now come to realise that the locking mechanism that came with the door does not suit our lifetstyle and we now need to upgrade / change it.

Quick and efficient replacement of two rear patio doors. From quote to completion they were courteous and clear with communication. The doors were replaced in one day and the site was left clean and tidy and the finishing to the doors to a high standard.

The team at HomeWorks Windows and Doors are phenomenal! Following my initial review posted here, I encountered issues with my slam shut front door locks. The problem was that the locks would engage before I could fully close the door.I was initially concerned this would be a major repair becuase I had booked a few visits to address this issue. However the team at HomeWorks are experts and knew their craft very well!They are consistently professional, courteous and regardless of the number of visits I booked, they always planned and executed my request.My door functions perfectly and the credit really goes to Richard and the team. Thank you!

How many times do you use a new company/ tradesperson and you say,they were good but ……Not this time.Home works were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.Our quotation was especially informative, helpful ,and competitive.The whole process was swift,friendly and professional but without pressure.Dealing with Alice at the office,responses were friendly and prompt.Fitters were courteous and workmanship was excellent. Sounds to good to be true doesn’t it ? But I can assure you that I would highly recommend Homeworks Windows and doors.
