Got to be honest, never heard of TMC before. Went through insurance as someone hit my car in a car park, and this was the business my insurance company put me with. Turned out to be the first good bit of luck I had lately. Rachel and Craig were always very helpful with my phone queries pre and post pick up. The car was picked up on a flatbed, and 5 days later it had a new OEM headlight and a freshly painted bumper and was ready to collect. I have particularly high standards when it comes to workmanship especially on my cars, and as I didn’t want to inspect it with someone looking over my shoulder I took it home to inspect and I couldn’t fault the repair. I really expected to be finding fault with something, and honestly couldn’t. If an accident ever happens again, I hope that any of my cars go back to TMC, and I’d even be happy to take one of my cars to them if I needed non-insurance body work

Excellent service - my Mini was well and truly looked after. My driver side looks brand new after having been scraped by another driver thank you Body shop team. And thank you to Ben he was polite, professional and very helpful. He didn't seem to mind taking the time to explain things to me. And even before I drove away I was asked if everything was ok by the owner ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.

Everyone there is really friendly and accommodating. When I had an issue with my hire car delivery they were prepared to make an alternative plan to accommodate me. The car was returned to me cleaned inside and out. They even fixed the issue with my boot which I hadn’t mentioned and wasn’t part of my claim.

Today I use Total motor care at Sandwich Industrial estate to do my ford Kuga’s MOT and service. I knew it needed things done to it all break pads and discs etc so I was dreading the bill.I had not previously used them.I can honestly say they went above and beyond for me even collecting me back and forth from another town, they did an incredible job and the car has come back valeted inside and out.The bill was extremely reasonable far less than what I was expecting.Can’t say that that’s ever happened at a garage I’ve been to before and I’ve been driving for 30 years.I was left thinking this is where I’ll always come in the future. Great customer service and best of all you do not get ripped off.
