Glebe Farm Dental Practice

If you have -10 rating I would put this instead. We all faced with pandemic, and respect to the local and NHS during such a difficult time. But unfortunately dental problems won't ask you when it can heat you and how bad. Few members of my family are registered here, and we had few treatment couple of the years back, and fillings didn't last long and unfortunately it happened in August. After I've spoken to few my friends, who is also went through long time waiting list, but they have been seen by local NHS dentist and sorted similar problems. I thought would give it to go and rang in August to tell about my two missing fillings and pain. They asked me to buy some stuff in pharmacy and have a happy life.Nice. I did try that stuff, tastes terrible and lasted less than 14 hours. I found private clinic and they installed one filling and another one to go.So another member of my family, he had infection there, pain and temperature, again it was one of the filling came off which was done by them just two years ago. It was difficult to call them, line was busy all the time. He was told to wait until doctor will ring him back. Which he did, told him to buy the same stuff as I used from the pharmacy.How nice. He also went to the private clinic. Do you know what does it mean to lose just a one tooth? You broke the balance in your mouth, your stomach is never going to get right quality of food anymore, it will affect everything. And implant will cost you around 2.500£How many people would be affected from this kind service?I just want to make people aware.

Dr Ahmed handled my extraction and a few of my visits before. The best dentist I’ve ever had. Always calm and I never feel on edge unlike my unfortunate visits to other dentists. Won’t comment on the rest of the surgery for now because it won’t be flying reviews.

Went in for a checkup and I ended up needing 2 fillings. She just came straight at me with the drill! Didn’t even numb it. The most painful experience of my entire life and I have four tattoos!! Didn’t even offer pain relief when I was crying in pain. I suffer with terrible anxiety of dentists and this DIDNT HELP. Will not be going here again.

I've just received excellent service from the dentist Iram and her staff. The staff were polite and helpful and very efficient. Thank you so much for looking after me.

Absolutely ridiculous dentist. I sign up, complete all the forms, have an appointment and they tell me my tooth needs removing but they can't do it, I ask about root canals but they can't do that either as its too far gone. They send me to another dentist to have it removed I have explicitly said I do not want it removed but they ignored me. In the end I had to get an emergency appointment somewhere to get me out of pain. That dentist told me it's a routine procedure and glebe farm should have done it. He said it was negligent on their behalf. A week later glebe farm phone me and ask me to come back in for a routine clean, I said I will not see that dentist again as she is rude and need to see another one and explained the mal practice I received. Today I phoned up to get an appointment and they tell me I was never signed up to them? It was just an emergency appointment? Then why did you phone me for a routine clean?They heard mal practice and negligence and ran.First I had an issue with the female dentist now I have an issue with the practice as you should have done my procedure 4 months ago on NHS - if you can't do the procedures then you shouldn't call yourself a dentist.No email, no website, no patient care, disgusting experience.

I went in for a root canal treatment and the dentist didn't sort out the problem. They charged me a Band 2 payment without doing the process of treating the inflamed root canal. The treatment involves cutting the nerve from the root canal and then adding a filling to secure the tooth and ensure that it won’t be able to get infected, however the dentist just removed my old filling and added a new one. I went to another dental surgery and they examined the work that was done from the Glebe dentist and they said that you’ve been ripped off and they’ve not treated you for your root canal at all. Honestly the worst dentist I’ve ever been, don’t be fooled by the bots that are giving the surgery 5*
