Yoga Hook Finchley

I go to hot yoga every Thursday that runs by an amazing instructor Luisa Marie. She is fantastic and always bring a good energy in the class, I never liked yoga before and I have been in so many yoga classes and didn’t enjoy it but since I started to go to my lovely Luisa Marie’s class, I love it so much that every Thursday I look forward to her class. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

I go to the hot yoga class every Thursday evening with Luisa Marie and it’s honestly one of the best parts of my week, I’ve built my Thursday around the class and use this as a day to focus on myself, recharge and realign. Changed my life for the better

The studion in North Finchley is amazing.The instructors are very nice ,well prepared and they give you all the attention you need for making you feel comfortable but also to push your limits.Nadia s class is the best,she help me reconnect with my body and my breathing.I recommend everyone to try Nadia s class and hope she will have more classes here.

Amazing yoga studio with a huge variety of classes available.Luisa's hot yoga is my favourite, you feel welcomed whether you're a beginner or advanced and always end up feeling more connected to earth and to yourself after each class.

Yoga Hook Finchley is a fantastic yoga and pilates studio- I absolutely love coming here after a busy day at work! All of the teachers are wonderful, the studio is well stocked with props and the facilities are clean and modern. I have the unlimited membership, which allows you to go to multiple classes in a day and is great value for money if you want to practice regularly. I love how different the classes/teachers are - from relaxing restorative to the more intense workouts of pilates and yogafit! I would definitely recommend this studio to both beginners and experienced practitioners of yoga and pilates.

It's a great studio. It has a big space and it's very peaceful. There a good variety of classes and the instructors are really good, professional and friendly. My favourite class is Classic Hot Fusion - 60 on Thursday night with Luisa Marie. The class is really good, it helps to keep you fit and strength your body. The routine is different every wee Luisa is very professional and friendly. She puts a good set of music during the class that keep you active

I love this studio! It is always so friendly and welcoming. The hot yoga fusion classes with Luisa are the best; it is such a rejuvenating and enjoyable class. I’ve also tried aerial yoga here and it is so much fun.

Exceptional yoga studio with great classes & instructors! I attend Luisa’s class regularly and really enjoy them! She’s always been very helpful and a great teacher. My favourite go to place!

It's the place to be when you just want to relax and detach from the world.Luisa Marie is an outstanding instructor, coach and teacher. Her classes never fail to get me in the zone and just relax. The breath work she uses in her classes are phenomenal. She's taught us how to use each muscle and to just push a little further. This along with her breathing techniques, with mind and muscle control during the class is an absolute win!Defo recommend!Zahra
