Lunan Bay
Lunan Bay offers some absolutely stunning views and amazing soft sand. Scotlands east coastline has miles of beautiful beaches with massive sand dunes that you can surf down as well as other fun activities. Its dog friendly as long as your dogs are well behaved. Defo a must see. Parking is free. And if you're in the mood for ice cream or even a hot drink on colder days there is a cafe not too far away.

Great and extensive beach, in two halves separated by the Lunan Water. Public access on the north side, car park open dawn to dusk, check the current signs. There can be strong rips flowing along the beach and out to sea, be careful. I'd have given 5 stars if the dogs didn't run free and all of the owners picked up the deposits left by their dogs.

A fantastic place to visit and it helped that the weather was lovely. Dog friendly and free parking.
